Refund, Returns and Shipping Policy

We DO NOT issue refunds for non-tangible, irrevocable goods at once the order is completed and the product download link has been sent to the customer. It is your responsibility as a customer to understand this before making any purchase on our site.


We understand that occasionally exceptional circumstances may comprise the character of the product we supply.

Therefore, we DO honor requests for a refund for the following reasons:

Specific terms stated on a specific digital product: Some digital products may explicitly state a full or partial refund is based on a satisfaction guarantee.

Non-delivery of the product: If you do not receive a delivery email from us due to an issue with your email provider or your own mail server, we recommend contacting us for assistance. Claims for non-delivery must be submitted within 7 days of the order placement date. If no claim is made within this period, the product will be considered received and downloaded.

Download and unzipping issues: If you experience problems while downloading or unzipping the product, claims must be submitted within 7 days. If you do not contact us within this period, we will assume that the product was successfully downloaded and you will not have further right to a refund or redress for a “download issue.”

Major defects: Although we thoroughly test all products before release, unexpected errors may occur. If you encounter any issues, please contact us. We reserve the right to fix the error or defect within 72 hours. If the deficiency is confirmed and we are unable to fix it within 72 hours from the date of the initial complaint letter or notification from the customer, we will issue a full refund without any compensation or reimbursement. Alternatively, at the customer’s request, we may offer a replacement product of similar or equivalent value. Please note that our technicians may request temporary access to your web host/server to identify and resolve any issues with our products. If access is not provided promptly, it may delay the resolution of the issue. If access is refused, you will not qualify for a refund.

Product not-as-described: If you believe the product you purchased is not as described on the website, you must report this within 7 days of the purchase date and provide clear evidence of the discrepancy. Complaints based on false expectations or wishes will not be honored.

Returns: This product is a digital product and, as such, is not eligible for return or exchange. Please carefully review the product description and ensure that you understand the nature of the product before making your purchase.

Shipping: This product is a digital product and will be delivered electronically. There is no shipping required or available for this product.

We do not accept refund, return, or exchange requests for products that are incompatible with third-party software unless specifically stated as compatible in the product’s sales page. We do not provide support for third-party programs, including web hosts. Refund requests must be made within one week of the order being placed and must include detailed reasoning.
